Objectives: To train all the Engineers of block C&RD, Field Engineers of MLAMP and CLLMP to understand the aims and objectives of the project and to follow the plans and estimates given in the manual

1. Participants learned about the policies, guidelines and procedures relating to the project, along with the timelines, roles and responsibilities for effective
implementation
2. Trainees have been educated on the objectives, components, institutional structure and implementation arrangements for CLLMP.
3. Participants trained on all the essential interventions that are related to Natural Resource Management Activities that will benefit the communities
